NFL  > General NFL  > Luck/RG3/Wilson/Kaep who's better?

I think it's obvious :) Wilson has a much better team around him and couldn't even defeat Luck or could Kaep with SF even at home. I wish we could play the Skins actually so that would be an easy win. Andrew 15-6 overall, 1-0 vs Wilson.

I'm more inclined to go with the drop back passer.

Long term success I would rank them the same I would rank their football IQ/overall IQ:

1.) Luck
2.) Wilson
3.) RG3
4.) Kap

QUOTE(#2):

I`d say Luck, then Wilson. Last year I would have said RG3, because his running ability made him such a weapon. It also is the reason I would take Luck over him as a long term QB, he got hisass knocked out and hurt!

The running ability takes defenders out of coverage (spy) and limits the pass rush (contain). It ultimately limits the defense's gameplan and makes them play coverage with one hand tied behind their back.

Basically it means that RGIII (when healthy) is facing watered down coverage, making his job to complete passes a lot easier than say, Andrew Luck's.

Take that running threat away from RGIII and he becomes mediocre. Give me the QB who can continue to play well when the defense is playing the pass.

All good young QB's, ask the question again in a decade, maybe then there will be an answer.
