NFL  > Chicago Bears  > Week 12 Bears AT St. Louis Rams.
November 20, 2013, 11:33 PM
Who in Chicago doesn't expect a win this week? The truth of the matter is that if the Rams can run on the run allowable Bears defense this could be trouble. Sure we could get a lead and it could be over in the first half, but if the Rams can run we really could be in trouble.

Personally I expect Marc Trestman to see the possibilities and make the right coaching moves to give us the Win on this one. But and it's as big a but as any of the NFL butts, Jeff Fisher is one of the best coaches in the NFL. We will NOT have the coaching advantage the Bears have had most of the year, so we MUST get the players to win this one for us.

My prediction Chicago 24 St Louis 10. GO BEARS!!!

The rest of the way the "experts" say that the Lions have the easier schedule. I see the Bears losing one possibly (GB) and the Lions losing up to 3!!! (GB), (Baltimore) and the (Giants).

With any luck we could win the division a year or two before anyone thought we should. Hmm maybe we do have a team and a coach!!! Then who knows what might happen in the playoffs. At least we won't be out coached any more!!! If we can just heal up we might really surprise
some people. GO BEARS!!!

It's the Long bowl!

Divisional games are hard too predict, but I figure yer Bears beating GB without Rodgers,as they need him too win.

BF,

The RAMs ran down Indy's throat,Better hope they don't come out of the locker room with that particular game face.

I rolled with the bears cuz that #2 QB of yer team has done so well.

I guess teams are usualy ready for Cutler, let's hope too keep them guessing this week. Best Wishs.

This kid just may be starting material, ifn he furthers his winning ways, and Jay is up for a zillion dollar deal coming up.

And the High brass should seriously look for another QB this year, till then? I'm rooting for this kid,As i am with the #2 QB the Raiders have been using.

They say the QB position is deep next draft,so alot of teams may consider taking one,I would hope The Bengals should be looking as well, for the inevitable.

Yer HC seems too be pretty good, let's see how he does these last few games.

I rolled with the Bears as they have alot of talent in alot of slots but so do the Rams, they seem too be in a slump,So ifn yer new QB and the line D and targets are on thier mark?

You'll pull out a win on the road. can't afford any mistakes though.

GO RAMS!

TH,

That would be considered an insult, who knew the Rams were gonna do that train they did on Indy a few weeks back.

I was surprised by the score though.

Tnerb, nice win! Those Rams are looking pretty darned good of late. Does that defense score a TD or safety every week, or what? Hope Stacy's not hurt badly. I heard he left the game. And same with Forte. Hope he's ok.

When and until the Bears change the defensive scheme...they will be an also ran.

If you do not have the personnel to run a scheme...you can not run it.

Mel Tucker needs to be fired today...to try to save this season.

BGD,

I doubt anyone thought the final score would be so lopsided.

But that games over, time too gearup for the next one.

It's the good coaches that devise a scheme to fit the talent they have. Belichick can do this over and over. In the old days a coach could stick around and had the time to get the players he needed for his scheme through the draft or limited Free Agency. Now teams spend cap money on one or two good players and then are married to that "scheme" along with that player due to cap money. Sometimes it works; given the number of teams at or below ,500 in the league I'd say it is NOT working for most right now.

Right now the Bears Defensive line doesn't have the ability to do anything but a 5-2 Defense that with two DEs. Ie. 5 Linebackers and 2 Defensive linemen. They can't run a 4-3 or a 3-4 with all the injuries. It might end up being a 2-4-5 or 2-3-6 Defense, which ANY NFL team can run on!

This is just the way the injuries have fallen. To blame the coaching is like throwing the baby out with the bathwater. The Bears are suffering through injury seasons that NO team can overcome.

Add in the Linebacker and the Quarterback injuries, and I think this team is playing for pride. The Rams proved it and showed the rest of the NFL how to beat us. At least Phillip Emery won't have to look too long at his team to know where he needs to add players during the draft and FA. Maybe we can get a horse/Bull like Suh to play for the Bears for the next 10 years.

Now that the Rams have exposed our weakness every team will be going right there. It's just a matter of "Where's the Beef?". and the Bears do NOT have enough Beef to compete. GO BEARS

Don't get me wrong, I love our Bears and always will, but looking at the schedule every team that we face from here on out can and WILL run the ball right down our throats and keep the ball away from us at the same time.

Our ONLY chance is to outscore them. Fortunately we have an OFFENSE this year, but will it be enough? Or will the Bears be lucky to win another game this season?

Unless we can convert some Offensive Guards to Defensive tackles I think it's going to be a long rest of the season. GO BEARS!!!
