NFL  > Dallas Cowboys  > Possibly worst officiated game I have ever seen today in NY

That was a catch by Dez in the 4th quarter. Eli should have been called for 3 intentional grounding penalties today. bogus call on Carr. I could give myself carpal tunnel if I continue to go on about how horrible this ref crew is. Worst officiated game I have seen since the Cowboys played the Bears in 2007. Cowboys would have blown out the Giants if the zebras had not kept them in the game. this is a disgrace.

Sloppy on both sides. I do agree that Dez had a catch, in some ways the HD slo-mo has actually caused problems in looking at replay. Too often the play is reversed b/c the ball "touches" the ground. Of course it does, so does most of the player. A player can have the ball and just b/c part of it comes in contact with the ground should not be incomplete.

The Pats lost 2 games on crap AZ/S penalties to end both games. the Cowboys won so consider it being fortunate to win in spite of the officiating.

Agreed. I never understand complaining about a win.

The point spread doesn't matter. The stats don't matter. The only thing that matters is the Win column.

Personally I think it is stupid to not allow reviews of plays under 2 minutes.

Thankfully Romo did not throw it to a Giant and add to his "legacy" and instead delivered a clutch win for the Boys.

They need to blow up the Raiders at home on Turkey day if they want to have a shot at winning the East.

The games left on their slate can be won but will be no cake walk with that defense.

Hey Sweets! Fortunately he was just ordinary yesterday, 16-30, 174, 2td's. usually he has way better numbers against the Cowboys. Even nicer to see his big bro go down last night. GO PATS!!

Guilty as charged. Unless the team wins by 14+, holds opposing team to 225 yards, scores a special team TD, gets a blocked punt, pick 6 etc I find myself moaning. I exaggerate a bit here but after all the years of watching I expect a VERY high degree of performance from ALL professional players and teams. For example the lack of a tackle from Carter and Heath was inexcusable; Carter said he "thought he was out of bounds"---really? Look at the highlight, Carter has his back to the sidelines and he is STILL between The TE and sideline, how can he think the player is inbounds? As a fan seeing the Patriots/Bronco decided on a punt contacting one of the blockers and becoming a live ball to decide the game made me sick--could care less which team won.

Back to the Dallas win. Lots of talk about Giants now out of it (yeah, they were 0-6 they should be out of it) and how this puts Dallas back in the lead of the NFC East. Well whoop tee-do. The Division is weak and will be just a bump in the road for any WildCard who comes to play in the East. Dallas has taken a beating on both Lines, Lee is gone for a while. I don't know what the hell is going on with the strength and conditioning coach there it seems that half the team has Hamstring problems. Hopefully Dallas can beat Oakland this Thursday, get another 10 days to rest and then get Chicago and Green Bay (without Rogers; doubtful) on down days. IF Dallas could go 4-1 and end 10-6 then that would be at least respectable for a Div Winner but 9-7 for the Div is probably more realistic and will be just one game over .500.
