NFL  > Chicago Bears  > Week 13 Minnesota Vikings
November 28, 2013, 11:49 AM
Here it is quite simply, the running team against a defense that can't stop the run. Our weakness against their strength.

Can the Bears use their strength's to overcome the Vikings? With the Vikings playing ball control and running to daylight? Oh the Bears will try to turn it into a shootout, but if the Vikings can control the ball and clock it will be all Vikings in this one.

Turnovers might help us, but with them wanting to control the ball, don't count on it. We must get a lead and keep extending it to win this one. But it doesn't look good to me. Grrrr.

I'll be rooting and cursing at the Bears this game, but right now, I see it as Vikings 24 Bears 17. Grrrr. GO BEARS!!!!

The Milk carton guy is blaming the play of the Safeties for their not stopping the run. Really? Oh sure they can stop it sometimes for a 20 yard gain etc. but if the opposing running backs are getting past the DL, past the Lb's, how can you blame the Safeties to be the main problem?

The problem is injuries and a lack of DEPTH of quality Defensive Tackles and Linebackers. Blaming the Safeties is just convenient to this author because no one else is blaming the Safeties and it's his way of getting readers.

Come on sure the safeties aren't playing up to par, but they have to get past the blockers that are getting to the 2nd and 3rd levels on a consistent basis! A match-up of a 300lb lineman vs a 220 lb safety is a no brainer if the linemen can get to their blocks.

Come on man!!! LOL Stop trying to sell newspapers and keep your integrity. Just last year these very same safeties were considered to be close to pro bowl quality. This is what you are playing on is our emotions to defend Wright and Conte to sell newspapers. Sure they could play better, but to put the entire blame on them is just sad. GO BEARS!!!

Just saying anythings possible,a huge example would be the Browns beating NE.

The Browns don't know who is going to start at QB, EZ. Weeden suffered a concussion.

They brought in Alex Tanney (yeah, I didn't know who he was either till I did some research) and..........................

WAIT FOR IT.....

Caleb Hanie.

Another winner?

What's the odds the Browns use and trade all thier high draft picks on a QB?

There are no great QB's coming out this season unless one believes in Johnny Manziel or Teddy Bridgewater. I don't as being great Pro's as in a savior like Luck and Wilson have been. The kid at Florida St is only a Freshman so he stays in college. The Oregon QB - MM is staying as he already announced. The Browns fans have been rubbing in the fact they get a 1st Round pick for Trent but I still say so what because it's a projected 25th pick, good luck with that as that could easily being a bust pick.

Bears have to beat the Cowboys or they are done. A loss puts them 6-7, Lions have the tiebreak as well. I think the Cowboys beat them but we will see?
