The Penguins get all the calls in the NHL in their favor. Take last nights game vs. the New York Rangers when they had a total of 6 power plays to 0 for NY. What a joke the league is and everybody needs to stop handing Crosby games.

Nice, Pittsburgh is one of three cities in the top 10 dirtiest cities in the U.S. not in California, according to Forbes. That explains a lot of the brain damage to Pit fans. Don't breathe the air.

California has 7 of the top 10 dirtiest US cities? I'm not buying that. I need the link.

On the contrary, they should "hand" him every game so we can get more of you!

hey, OBVIOUSLY Crosby needs all the help he can get! he's CLEARLY a mediocre player...why can't people just accept that he's a great player? I'm not saying best cause i don't want to open that can of worms, but you still got admit he's real damn good!

I don't even know if he's reached medicore status yet. I mean, with the way the refs hand everything to him, he should have hoisted the Cup even before he made it to the NHL!!

didn't he? i'm just glad the refs and the league let my red wings win one before they decided to give Crosby one

Hey, does anybody at FanNation have even the littlest clue? Why was the post below removed? I see that there is a member--and I use the word specifically--named (appropriately enough) hockeynutz69 that is allowed to post all kinds of disparaging remarks. Why is thatHuh. Well lookie here (http://www.forbes.com/2010/04/29/cities-livable-pittsburgh-lifestyle -real-estate-top-ten-jobs-crime-income.html), you obnoxious little troll. Looks to me like the very same magazine reported that Pittsburgh is America's most livable city. Don't feel too bad, kid. You're really good at being wrong and being a giant wart on the butt of humanity. So you got that going for you. Which is nice.
Hockeynutz69 never lets facts or the whole story get in the way of his distorted reality.
Sort of like Fox News.
I got ya beat... The Devils goalie stops and covers a shot. All the players stop expecting a whistle and REF...THE REF is behind the net yelling "It's between his legs, it's between his legs". The opposing player looks and just swipes it in the net. I hope the ref gets the assist. Ridiculous.

wouldn't that have been a good time for the goalie to try and maybe close his legs and cover the puck? I mean, he can hear the ref too...
is anyone watching the Ott vs. Pit game right now? A soft call when an Ott player "interfered" with Crosby and then Pit gets a Power play goal. Later in the 3rd period two soft calls give Pit a 4min powerplay. Mike Fisher gets interfered with blatently in the middle of Pit's powerplay and it isn't called. 2 seconds after the non call, Pit scores the go ahead goal. This is one of many examples that can be given this season. How about the game last week where the ref clearly blew a play dead and the puck was put in by Pit and the goal counted for some reason. Why did it count when the rule clearly states that the intent of the ref to blow the whistle is the same as him blowing the whistle. It is a joke and it is too obvious what is going on.

Unbelievable, Just when I didn't think this game could be called any worse, Lovejoy high sticks Chris Neil in the face clearly in front of the net and no call is made. How do these guys still have a job being refs?

Crosby with a hat trick which included an empty net goal and a puck that he never touched before it went in the net. Amazing how much ballsucking they do for this doucher. Not to mention a few very bad calls agains CGY to insure the pens lead.
3rd straight year Crosby scored a hat trick the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

how do you enjoy watching hockey? if they called every little call it wouldn't be hockey...if the refs want crosby and the pens to win so much why isn't he leading in scoring and why aren't the penguins in first place? oh, and btw, this isn't coming from a pens fan, i'm a red wings fan and despite the fact that i dislike crosby i can admit he's a great player. If you can't admit that than you know very little about hockey.

Bingo! He knows very little about hockey. I'm not a Pens fan either and hate it when he scores against, or leads a win against, my team. But, you don't have to be very smart to realize he's one of the most talented guys to play in the NHL. I never get into that "he's the best" contest with any player. But, IMO he's certainly one of the top 5., now and in the past 10 years.

Hear that, Hockeynutz?
He did a nice slew foot on Callahan tonight. I wonder if he will face any type of suspension. Any other player in the NHL would have been given a penalty and probably suspended 1-2 games. The worst part of that play is that eventhough it was clearly a dirty play and a cheap play in the middle of the ice, Callahan got a penalty and Crosbaby did not.
