Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning and New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, who went head-to-head for the right to go to the Super Bowl, are now on the links together in a practice round for the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am tournament. Too bad Welker wasn't able to make it a three-some. HA!!!

How great would it be to be able to hear their conversation.

Peyton: Hi Bill, how are you?
Bill: Fine.
Peyton: Wish i could say the same - that one stung.
Bill. Looked that way.
Peyton: Do you think I should be embarrassed?
Bill: That's up to you, Peyton.
Peyton: Admit it, Bill. You were happy we lost.
Bill. (long pause...then hint of the beginning of a smile...the slightest of lip curvature upward).
Peyton: I knew it. How can I play 18 holes with you knowing that?\
Bill . . .
Peyton: Think I can get over that tree with an 8 iron?
Bill: "Mmmmm" . . .pause until Peyton starts his backswing . . . "NOONAN!"

I'll be there on Saturday.Hopefully those dudes will be there too - they'll need to make the cut.

None of that compares to what Harbaugh said to Manning: If you would have come to San Francisco you would have won back to back Super Bowls by now. Of course he wouldn't have had his record breaking passing season in 2013.

When Peyton was weighing his decisions I thought for sure he would choose the 49ers, to me that made the most sense as the 49ers were on the verge of greatness after the 2011 Season and just needed a QB like Peyton to guide them with that Defense and Gore. I have a friend that is a huge 49ers fan and he was talking smack saying how they would dominate with Manning and he thought for sure he would go there. As smart as Peyton is he is also dumb at times. 49ers would've been a no-brainer team to go too with that Defense and Crabtree, Davis, Gore, etc..

When Peyton chose Denver I was shocked actually and really thought he wouldn't be able to dominate with that team at first and I had them pegged as an 11 win team at best because of their suspect D and running game and Peyton's age/injury. He did this year but still didn't win it so it doesn't matter. He should've went to the 49ers like I said at first.
