The Dolphins won the AFC East in 2008 and have much of that roster returning in 2009. Matt Cassel is out of New England and Tom Brady will have to show that he can bounce back from season ending knee surgery. And the Jets have made big offseason moves thus far. Do you think the balance of power has shifted in the AFC East?
