SI Vault has an interesting photo series today on free agency & the top 20 busts of all time. Some, you certainly can't argue with. At least 2 made me stop & think that the problem with free agents is often not the player, but the team. Examples: Kerry Collins & the Raiders & Steve Garcia & the Browns. Both of those combos were dismal failures, but both certainly went on to further, productive careers.
