What is the biggest move the panthers should make this off-season? From coaching staff firings and hirings to trades, draft, releases, free agency, or anything else. What do you think the biggest move should be?

d-line

We need to look at DT and CBs and be honest about what we've got. It's also time to find a successor to Jake, aside from my personal issues with him his age is going to be an issue very soon. If Pep leaves then you need to focus on the whole defensive line.

trade peppers for a couple of pics to a team like kc, get ride of ken lucas, draft a qb 2 play this year or next. People talk about rebuilding, but the panthers will still b a playoff team next year regardless of anything else.

If we're going to trade Peppers, we don't need a pic this year, because there's nobody worth it in the draft. DT is ideal, but we NEED a QB. Jake's age was obvious at the end of the season, and a worn body and hard surgery are not easy hurdles to overcome. I'm questionable of us making playoffs this year, because if Jake's performance is as inconsistent as it was last year, we're in for serious trouble. Atlanta is looking very good, and Tampa will still be strong, and you never know when New Orleans will step up to the plate.

Team needs to try to move Peppers for a QB. Maybe trade him to the Broncos for Jay Cutler and a 4th rounder. Possibly a 3rd rounder.

im a packer fan, but dont u guys got a young QB with the last name of "Moore" thats pretty good? just a consideration. I think he played the year Delhomme had tommy john surgery and Steve Smith was injured?

You got to get rid of Peppers though and get a replacement DE and a couple of goodcorners. Richard Marshall looks horrible

even with jake playing horrible, the panthers ground game is amazing, and it could carry the team. Jake is good as long as he only throws 20 passes a game, but having a good qb would b amazing. Jay cutler is a farfetched idea, but a nice one. We'll jsut have to wait and c what happens.

we need a new quarterback bc jake delhomme aint cuttin it for us ...why dont we use matt moore bc he's as good as any QB other than jake

yes, his name is Matt Moore he is coming into his third year this coming season. I really like him alot i think he is a great player and has great potenial. He can throw the ball with great power and accuracy and he is a pretty good scrambler and has some speed.

Trade for a real QB or draft one and let Jake hit the road.

The problem with the panthers last year was not the offense. We need a playmaker on the D-Line even if peppers does stay, he probably wants out because he's playing with 3 other guys who consistently get blocked 1 on 1. Also our secondary is horrendous, and only gets worse with the departure of Ken Lucas.

I have a feeling John Fox's love fest with jake isn't over yet. Our best bet would be to pick up a qb for the future in the later rounds of the draft, possibly Nate Davis or Chase Daniels

Panthers- Have an outstanding O-Line which proves itself with a successful running game.
Unfortunately, first thing first gotta deal with Peppers....Take care of him or trade him if Peppers leave then u have to replace him because teams design plays not to his side of the field, also u gotta get some DB's...Unfortunately, there arent alot of good free agents CB's available, so u are left with the draft....Thats not good because u are bringing in rookies to cover veterans good luck with that one....What was they thinking when they traded Lucas....They dont need an outstanding QB just need a game controller and Delhomme can do that...Next yr would be the yr for picking up a quarterback or look for Free Agency...No way they are winning the Superbowl so might as well start rebuilding.

I would definetly agree with picking up Chase Daniels. I think he is a pretty good QB and could be a franchise QB.

resolving the Peppers situation in advance of the draft, so the team can properly address remaining needs there.

The biggest move they should make? To Los Angeles, of course...
