While i may not be the most normal guy in the world. I found out over the weekend that not only is Todd Haley a normal guy, but that he really is the coach that will bring the Chiefs back to the promised land. Over the weekend I (not such a normal guy to most) was at the Hyatt Hotel in KC for the Nakokan Anime convention that took place all three days. While registering at the hotel and waiting in line for my key card, i noticed this guy that looked familiar. I realized it was Todd Haley!! So as i was approaching i noticed that he was taking some pictures of some of the people that were dressing up for the occasion and he picked some good choices might i add, i am hoping he took a pic with Cap'n Jack Sparrow who was around and about today!! So i went up to him and said Mr Haley? He responded with a yes? May i get a picture with you, and without even hesitating he said sure. So I got a pic with my camera and he went ahead and got a pic with his as well!! What a good guy. I mean most coaches would have snubbed me, or tried to find a way out of it but he was as cool as can be and as i said i'm looking for good things this year for the Chiefs he responded with a me too!! What? Is this guy actually talking to me about the team knowing that he may not see me again unless there's another fluke sighting? He is all about talking to the fans, and the next day as i was walking Crown Center to eat some food there he was with his family seeing the sights!! Scott Pioli got it right here, and the Chiefs, and the rest of the Chiefs Nation will be proud of a good coach, but more importantly a good person who happens to be the leader for years to come!!!
