NFL  > Cleveland Browns  > If Browns are rebuilding then why not Beanie?
March 20, 2009, 02:25 PM
It looks as though Kokinus and Mangini are looking to rebuild. Jamaal is about out of gas. I know that Beanie has been called soft by his critics and is considered a risk, but who isnt? First the injuries have not been career threatening. Second the injury he suffered this past year was said to be one of the more painful injuries an athete could have. The man played in pain the better part of two seasons and was seldom 100%. Tressel just laughs when his toughness is questioned and who would know more about Beanies toughness. Ive been watching OSU football for thirty years and I will say this: If healthy Beanie has All-Pro potential written all over him. He has the strength and speed of Eddie George and has the same ability to run by or over you. If Browns take him I for one wont be surprised nor dissappointed.
