I don't know what Redskins games you've been watching 77grad because Portis is definitely a team player. He gives 110% every time he touches the ball even when the blocking was horrible toward the end of last season. He does a better job blocking for Campbell than the entire offensive line which is not something you can say about most RBs in the league, most of which **** out of blocking for anyone. With all that being said you want to trade Portis for some no name rookie just because he went to your Alma mater! I'm not sure you really understand what's best for the Redskins. You must be hanging out with Vinny because trading the NFL's 4th leading rusher for some RB that rushed for less yards than Portis sounds like a Vinny "the football ****" move.

How isn't Portis a team player? He gives it his all every week. He is involved in the media but he just has a playful personality. And you need to just give up on your little trade theory cause it would never happen. Slaton is going to be a Texan for life, they really like the young man down there.

77 needs a check-up from the neck-up

Portis ain't so bad!!!...there are so many other players that I would get rid of first. For starters, all the wide receivers suck, except Moss (who is only a legit #2). We don't have a #1 QB and our OL is too old.

if ur not a fan of WV, why would u watch their crappy games? pat white was good at running the rock around at WV and had some id say decent passing stats, but certainly not an NFL talent at the QB position. he can play WR or help in the return game but he's not going to be taking snaps as a QB. too many negatives....he played mostly in the shotgun, was a running QB first and passer second, and to top it all off he's only 6 foot tall!!!!!

77grad you need to jump off of the WVU bandwagon and get a reality check. Pat White was a good college QB in the WVU shotgun offense but in the NFL they will do him like they did Randle El and put him at receiver. Oh and you must be smoking something if you think WVU could actually compete with the LSU Tigers in 2007. The Tigers defense would have destroyed Pat White just ask Tim Tebow.

Wcc2 yeah that's what they said about Oklahoma when we played them. I believe we put 45 on them. WVU was the only team that year that had anything for LSU. It obviously wasn't Ohio State.

The only team that had anything on LSU that year was LSU themselves. WVU was good that year, no doubt, and I went to high school with their full back Owen Schmitt so I was definitely rooting for them in the Fiesta Bowl but your crazy if you think they could handle the LSU defense and running game.

Hey wcc2 loved Owen talk about a player with heart that would bring it every play. Okay I'll get off the bandwagon. But the Skins still need someone else other than JC to QB the team.
