I want the NBA to change the playoff structure. How about top 7 teams from each conference in the playoffs. And One team from the other can Crossover and play from other conference and are seeded apropriately. This is what would happen

This year The West playoffs would remain unchanged and PHX would be the 8th in the east.

I know it seems a bit unfair for the 1st (CLE probably) in the east to against a team with a better record than all but 5 teams in their conference.

I know it is not perfect solution but it is ridiculous when CHI at 34-38 is in while PHX at 39-31 is 3 games out. I am getting tired of watching all these crappy teams qualifying out of the east while every year since JORDAN's retirement (the second one) the west has had such stiff competition.
