I'm rounding up writers for the website I run, NFLSpot.com. The page itself is out of date right now because we are doing a major overhaul right now. Breaking it up into individual team sites, in a large networkn etc. etc. http://www.nfldraftspot.com is our latest release.

Right now, I'm looking for 3-5 guys to cover the Colts for one year though. The bare minimum for a writer would be one article per week, with no minimum length.

I usually go through craigslist to find writers, among other things. But I figured for the Colts I would stop by here first. There are several very knowledgeable members on this forum who I would love to write articles to represent the team.

Its a pretty laid back position. You can reply to this thread, or send me a PM if you are interested. There are several guys on this forum who I have in mind that I would love to see write articles regularly for the Colts. Some of you guys actually have written in the past.

Here are some statistics if you are interested in seeing how many people will see your article.

I'm working on getting the AFC south team sites up and running first. I've got a complete Titans staff now, and opened the site at http://www.TitansSpot.com . Its still not "live" yet, but we will make the official release on Monday.

As for the Colts site, I've got that page put together, I am just looking for a solid staff to manage it. You can check it out here, http://coltsspot.spot-forums.com . It will become ColtsSpot.com as soon as a management staff is put in place.

The position wouldn't be so much about breaking news, it would be more of a blog-type writing. Your opinion based on whats going on with the team, what they should do, or what they should have done differently. Its basically just publishing the better topics quality members would make here.

Yes it is a volunteer position. Several writers from rather large sites have written for us before though however. (guys from espn.com, si.com, yahoo.com, the houston chronicle, and several radio show hosts). Its a very broad audience, so its definitely worth your time if its something you are interested in doing on the side, or even in the future...

Just send me an email and let me know if you are interested: jhutch717@gmail.com

*Delete this thread if necessary. My intent wasn't to cause problems.

I'm interested, but does the position require being in Indiana? I grew up there, but recently moved to Baltimore....
