Wanderlei Silva is fighting Rich Franklin at 195 lbs at UFC 99, and has stated that he told Dana White that he would like 195 to become a "super middleweight" class permanantly. This would clearly benefit Silva, but are there enough fighters in this class to create a whole new division?
