I want Jerry to work a deal so the Cowboys can get Crabtree right there. But who knows the Rams could get him @ 2. Smart move dropping back really, those high picks are expeeeeeeeeensive

Chiefs have the salery cap space, and we need a guy like Curry. A reciever does them no good if they are giving up 35 points a game. To pick an offensive player in the 1st round is just stupid.

here's a wild thought....trade down with Denver, get their 2 first round picks, then give one to Carolina for Julius Peppers and then give the other to Arizona for Boldin......use the remaining picks for the type of players that Pioli and Haley think might be up an comers.

I see two problems with a KC-Denver pick trade. One, you rarely see teams in the same division trade because they tend to, y'know, hate each other and not deal well. Two, who would Denver want badly enough to jump to the #3 spot? I doubt they want to go after one of the QBs, and while Curry may fit a need at LB, they could get a perfectly serviceable LB with the #12 pick. Heck, even if they do want a QB, they could get Freeman at #18 probably.

Best-case scenario... on the day of the draft, the Lions don't pick Stafford, and the Chiefs get an offer from someone who wants to jump up and take him (maybe SF or the Jets).
