Dan Snyder looks at a team with a suspect offensive line, no pass rush, an inconsistent running game, average LBs and horrible special teams and says, you know what we really need, another quarterback with no experience to sit on the bench and learn from a solid QB that will leave in free agency so we can play the guy with no experience next year.

Enough said.

Daniel Snyder is the worst owner in pro sports, these are a few of the highlights:
1. He told a coach to put Jeff George in at QB or he would be fired
2. He fired a real GM (Casserly) and replaced him with a friend with as little football knowledge as he has (Cerrato)
3. He has had 6 coaches in 9 seasons.
4. He makes the fans park in the middle of nowhere.
5. He once charged for fans to watch training camp.
6. He continues to add seats to the stadium to make more money.
7. And the list goes on from here...

Unfortunately, I have a feeling Daniel Snyder will turn the once proud Redskins into the new Detroit Lions, the laughingstock of the NFL. Had Joe Gibbs not come back and tried to steer this idiot the right way for 4 years, we would probably already be there.

Winning in the NFL is a lot more difficult than stock piling draft picks and continuity.

The problem with the Skin's last year is that the offensive line crumbled down the stretch. He wants to acquire Sanchez because he, and many other teams, believe that he will truly be something special in the years to come.

Jason Campbell really isn't the solution at QB. He had one good year in college due to the fact that he had Ronnie Brown AND Carnell Williams in the back field.

Your blame on Snyder is severely misplaced.

Why does Mark Sanchez 16 games leading an "ALL-STAR" team make him so desirable? That is the same resume that Jason Campbell has- except now Jason has had multiple NFL coaches and systems learned under his belt. If the Redskins don't improve their O line they are going to waste another year.

STOP. BUYING. HIS. PRODUCT. That's how to get him to change his behavior. He may BE a lifelong Redskins fan, but this thing is very MUCH still a business. Every year they fail to learn the lesson... championship teams are built through the draft. At least the CORE is. And to take a MAJOR chance on ANOTHER QB who barely started for ONE YEAR?! For a "smart" (i.e., rich) guy, you're certainly fairly stupid.

I spent two year side by side with Danny as he started his business in 1987 at 1801 Rockville Pike. We shared an office. Believe me, he ain't stupid. However, what he IS, is reticent to EVER do something the "traditional" way. He thinks anything that doesn't maximize revenue, regardless of burned bridges and buried bodies, is old-fashioned, outdated, and ridiculous. They are not players to him. They are revenue-generating units. His cohorts hate him, his team hates him...and until he understands that, behind the money the real reason people want to play a pro sport is that they just plain and simple love the game. I saw a glimmer of hope with the Sean Taylor situation. What he did has generous and selfless. But what he's done to Jason Campbell - both as an athlete and a human - is just sad. He'll keep trying to buy high-priced athletes who see a stint in Washington as a place to rest, live easy and get paid. Then they move to a contender - like Anotnio Pierce did, Ryan Clark did, and win a super bowl. Maybe not getting a QB is the best thing to happen to the skins this year. After all, we have the #4 D in the league. Maybe Orakpo can help out some of those linemen.

You are dead wrong..Dan Snyder is a self made billionaire. That takes smarts..guts..intelligence and courage. He is not afraid to spend money unlike many other owners.. He is in a very tough division in a very tough league. He will be successful soon and win multiple Super Bowls for Washington Redskins.

Quit buying your season tickets, like I did.
They may Listen then when 8,000 show up on sunday.

I will take it that you misunderstood my comment. What happens in the NFL every few years? The good teams try to copy the formula of the super bowl teams. Is it really a "science" that the giants, colts, pats, and steelers are good every year? Thought not. seantaylorrip said it best about Snyder, he doesnt understand how a football team should be run. Until he does, we will keep having these conversations. But at the end of the day......Im a Skins fan for better or worse! Go Skins!
