NFL is saying they need a rookie salary cap. Because of the pricy Matthew Stafford last week. I totally agree with is this situation. Because QB Alex Smith went to San Fran for a lot of money. And he became a dud. So why have these guys getting so much money for not even playing yet. What is your opinion on this whole subject.
