annoyed with yes, but hate? seriously. Look I am a die hard Vikings fan and a huge supporter of Tavaris Jackson anyone who knows me or has chatted with me knows this. I am also extremely tired of the Bret Farve saga, but I have humbled myself and put things in a different perspective..... walk a mile in his moccasins I say. How many of us (over 22 that is) were pretty good athletes in high school some of us almost great, have had trouble swallowing that huge pill that our athletic career is over? Can you not go to any ballpark in America on Tuesday and Thursdays night to find 30+ year old beer guzzling has been or was not sliding head first into first base. Can you not go to your local high school football field every Saturday (my game start at 2:00 pm, however I am there at 1:00, dedication) to watch some guy with a 5.9 40 do jukes and spins that look like a slow motion replay. I am that guy on the softball field and on the football field, so if I still have that hunger inside me how can I fault this man who has played at the highest level. It's hard to say goodbye, even harder when it's not really by your choice. So yes I am annoyed with Farve and I don't want him to be a Viking, however I am not a fair weather fan and if he rocks my purple and gold next year so be it, he and the vikings will have my support.
