There is something strange going on in New York these days. There is talk about what is wrong with the New York Yankees? These days there is an unsettling of the minds of Yankee fans. Being in the new park just isn't the same? The players are not on the same ground as former Yankee greats. What is happening is the Yankees are losing. They don't look the same, something is desparately wrong! What is it!? Who would of thought that the Yankees would lose their home opener!? The Yankees? That'll never happen but it did. I was absolutely shocked. I mean C'mon, the Yankees lose their first game in a new stadium! Yes, they did. It was strange. It was unheard of. These are the New York Yankees! Folks, it was the stadium fans. It was. It was the spirits of greats from the past who roamed the field who made this team great. But its over. The demise of the New York Yankees will be reality with the closing of Yankee stadium. Yes, the fans will see that soon. They'll be crying to go back to hallow ground! But the city won't let them. Too much money in the new park. The stadium was the source of greatness but thats gone forever. The New York Yankees will never win a World Series again. They'll become just another team. The magic and the mystique of the Yankees died when Yankee Stadium closed. Soon the fans will cry out , "Lets Go Back to Yankee Stadium!" but won't be heard forever. Anyone check the scores for last night? The Yankees lost again? They lost their magic, soon you'll hear Yankee fans crying for Yankee stadium.
