If you could only keep one of the Cowboys running backs, which one would it be? Might be a hypothetical question now but we all know that we cant re-sign them all. At some point we have to let someone go.

I agree, Felix damages you in the run game and on Special Teams...

Though, the question makes no sense b/c Barber is signed long term already, so the real question is Jones or Choice?

The question is, would Barber be an all down back? I'm not sure he would be, or could be. Yet.

If Tashard Choice had not been exposed last year due to injuries, he could have been hidden on the practice squad this year, but he'd be sucked up in a New York minute if they put him there now.

If someone comes along needing a running back, it likely will be Choice who gets traded, unfortunately, being a lower round draft pick.

I hate the deal they gave Barber. I just have never been sure he was going to be the long-term answer for us at running back. I like his heart and the fury he runs with, but I have a strange feeling he is only safe because of that deal and if the cowboys had their choice right now they might let him go.

But you are right Jeff.....definately a two man race on this one.

Most players are found through injuries. Choice really showed some good things when he was in there.
