I Heard a rumor (wanting to resign leon washing) Mike tann was looking at his worth what kind of compensation they could get if they traded him what other teams may pay him. Since they want to resign him they want a long term contract. do you think they may trade leon if the price is right or do you think they just want satistics to bring to the table to keep leon within a reasonable contract?? If they dont resign leon before the start of the season they might lose him. Mostlly because of the new rules making him a FA instead of a RFA. Knowing this also the cap room increase starts next year they could be in a better situation to make a long tearm contract i Personaly think that they are tring to get a One year or franchise tag on him without braking the bank. with all discussions a little birdy says Leon washing will Not goto Manditory mettings until hes gets somesort of Verbal commitment to show they are working on his contract. ... ... ... A.K.A. hes not pulling a TJ and plans on winning the staring contest.. but after all this is just a rumor let me hear your opinons.
