A little worried about critics that are wrong almost every year....? Comments by the non Cowboy fans are the stupid ones...why cant people just wait for the season to start...always people that think they can predict a unpredictable sport!
What else is new with the Cowboy haters, we get thsi every year that they will never finish at the top, then there are some that say they will, you cant believe anyone until the season starts..we wouldnt of done bad last year but injuries f'n killed us plus having the worst qb backups in the history of Cowboys...no Hard Knocks..yea this season must already be over for the 'boys..
How can us fans even be fans of the Cowboys after a few critics say they cant do it..Im sad now, should I switch teams to one they think will win?
A lot less talented? Man this guy doesnt know sports and should stick to writing cookie recipes. What did Tank do? How about Pacman? We all know what Owens did and didnt do, amazing how when Owens on the teams hes a cancer get rid of him things will be so much better but when hes actually gone no chance of coming back auto we must have no talent and we suck.

I just read that article, and the guy is a blooming idiot. Not quite a full blown idiot, but still blooming. He keeps writing articles like that, gazing into his crystal balls, and he will become a full blown idiot.
There's not much a fan can do to convince the haters that the Cowboys are also a part of the NFL, regardless of wins, losses, or whatever. They will continue to hate. Most of them love bringing the attention to themselves, and show other haters how intelligent they are. But, all teams have haters, and they're all grown from the same petunia patch.
That's what freedom of speech does for you tho........allows anyone, even idiots, the freedom of expression. The best thing to do is laugh it off and don't let it bother you.
They haven't lost to the Raiders or Chiefs yet, so I wouldn't worry about it until it actually happens. However, with that being said, the 'Boys do have to prove themselves. You have to admit that.
Here's a surprise. Depends on how they are playing. If they make a bunch of penalties, aren't imposing their will, are turnover prone, then yeah, they will have an awful season. If they are converting on 3rd down, have an effective 3 headed attack at RB, minimize costly turnovers, are relatively uninjured, then they should be a contender in the NFC.
It all comes down to the what if factor, and as a fan I'm quite optimistic. I will say, was Tank that bad of a guy in Dallas? Sure he had his gun issue in Chicago, but I NEVER heard anything bad said about him in Dallas other than he didn't play to his potential.
How do you predict 5 turnovers agains the Chiefs? It's one thing to say that the offense is much improved with the addition of the QB, the Cowboys are set up for a let down, or even to say, that this is one of those weird game where on paper the Cowboys should win, but you see the Chiefs coming in and taking the game.
But to predict 3 picks and 2 fumbles. Oh my gosh.
And since when are Cowboys's Fans known for booing. This isn't Philly. I remember the very lead Quincy Carter era, and I don't recall any booing there... even though it was well deserved at times.
Nick Folk missing a kick at the end of the game? Ughh. Why don't they say that the FG attempt is blocked because of poor special teams. I would buy that more than Folk missing the kick.
I think we may get torched by the Saints. I don't think it matters that their head coach was our former offensive coordinator, I just think we don't play that well against them, regardless of their personell.
I still hate the Saints though from the game in 1990 which eliminated the Cowboys from the playoffs.
Wow. He had us going 1-5 in our division. 2 losses each against the Giants and Eagles, and 1 loss against the skins. I will say this, if we go 1-5 in our division, we desevere to not make the playoffs.
The author of that article is only trying to bring attention to his writings, and is probably a fan of one of division rivals. To make it appear he is unbiased, he "allowed" us to win 9 games, was it? Then to lose twice to everyone in the division, save for the one time against the Skins.
Merely wishful thinking on his part. Nothing substantial.

The 'Skins will "allow" you to lose 2 games to them next season!!!!

laffin...............I guess we'll see huh?
By the way, ...........surely your name don't suggest that the Skins will win the SB in 2037????
I'm sure we'll have some good contests with your team regardless. Always do.

True, we do have some good games together. And yes, I predict that the 'skins are taking it all in 2037!!!
Here's a thought... lets wait til the season actually starts! Wow! What a concept!!
Look what happened to the Pats last year. All the pats fans had high hopes and in one play in the first game of the year, their season looked like it was done before it got started. And then here comes Cassel and surprises lots of folks and damn near saves their season. I'll save my hopes and predictions and wishes for September when we actually see what the team looks like on the field in a live game. Not some pretend, fantasyland, princess story this idiot dreamed up.

Here's another thought........."Skins in 2037" and I were just joshing one another. I think we're both old enough not to take any predictions seriously. Both owners have taught us to expect the unexpected, and make no predictions.
Cassel did save their season, although they should have made the playoffs. But, the season was a success, considering their main trigger man was gone for the season.
This idiot's name is Ryan J Lawrence, a "writer" for the Associated Content, whatever that is. Just another in the long line of haters, I guess.
well... guess we should go ahead and play the games.... just to see. dallas will be better next season then last. it's too easy to find fans that love to hate dallas.
Fellas, we split our games with the Giants, Eagles and Skins last season and I think we will do the same again this year.
The Chiefs, Raiders and Broncos are wins for us bringing the win total up to 6.
The NFC South is tricky considering the Saints were an 8-8 team and the Bucs are going thru a massive makeover.
I think Dallas has a VERY favorable schedule and for me personally, the D has improved from last season to this.
The offense is the question mark and even there we still got almost everyone coming back.

The Saints worry me, not because the coach knows us as he once did, but for the fact that Brees is ungodly. If he had stayed in San Diego, no doubt the Chargers would have went further in the playoffs than they have been with Rivers. That's not saying that Rivers is not a good QB, but Brees has him beat hands down, in my opinion. We're going to have to put a lot of pressure on him to beat them.
If these Cowboys are determined, and quit with the BS, they can just about beat anyone, I believe, and more than once. But, they're going to have to get their "mad on" and keep it on all year.

Hey, DF...glad to see you're still around. We're back from our vacation in Illinois....wife's people are a bunch of Bears fans...wonder why?......well, one brother of hers likes Cincinnati, for some reason......lol.....wife hates football, but loves the Packers, and knows not one thing about them. She won't even watch them, but loves them anyway.........go figure that.............."-)
Psshh. This is why football is the greatest sport in the world. Because no matter what all the geniuses say, they are pretty much wrong every year.
Dallas O could actually be better this year, focusing on Whitten and Barber.
I'm a Eagles fan, and I must say that Felix Jones scares me. I think his injury last year hurt Dallas more then any other.
