National Signing Day is around the corner (Feb. 6) and most coaches are putting in last-ditch efforts to attract those remaining unsigned prospects. For the most part, however, the recruiting is over and, according to Rivals.com, the big winners appear to be Notre Dame, Alabama, Florida (who landed highly-touted RB Will Hill (above)) and Georgia. We think there's one major question that remains unanswered: Do you care?
Obviously you will care in the fall when these high school seniors take the field as college freshmen and you get to see how well they perform. But right now -- with the first snap of the college football season nearly eight months away and hoops season in full swing -- do you know who your school is recruiting? Does it put an extra hop in your step when you hear your team landed a highly-ranked recruit, or is it just background noise until the fall?
