The NFL Network's Mike Mayock joined the show to talk about the NFL Draft.

Mayock has Oklahoma's Gerald McCoy rated over Nebraska's Ndamokung Suh on his draft board. But Mayock wanted to make it clear:

"In my opinion, the two best players in the country are by far, McCoy and Suh," Mayock said.

Mayock said all anybody wants to talk about is Tim Tebow. Mayock said that Tebow is "way out of whack on his footwork." Mayock said he'll probably go around the third round, and he'll need a "redshirt" year. But Mayock said he could get up to the second round.

"If you're ever going to take a chance on a kid ... this is the kid," Mayock said. Mayock said he's convinced he will follow coaching very well and do anything he can to help a team. But overall, Mayock said Tebow has "issues."

Mayock said it's not a good quarterback year -- in fact, he doesn't think there are any top 10 quarterbacks. Colt McCoy and Sam Bradford have shoulder issues.

"There are some Jimmy Clausen fans out there. I'm not one of them," Mayock said.

CBS' Phil Simms joined the show to talk about the Super Bowl.

Simms said the Saints' offense was designed to move the ball against teams like the Colts. Simms said head coach Sean Payton loves playing against zone defenses.

"It played right into the hands of what Sean Payton is all about and how he designed offenses since he's been in the NFL," Simms said.

Simms also credited Payton for all the risks he took. He said Payton reminded him of Bill Parcells. And he thought Payton would play the game to the edge. Simms got to watch practice hear Payton's speeches during the week. He said the Saints practiced like crazy.

"It was a team that was preparing like it was still preseason," Simms said.
"My gosh did they practice hard. In full equipment. It wasn't an underwear show."

Simms also commented on the potential of a Super Bowl in New York. He hates the idea of a cold-weather Super Bowl. "Elements bring talent together," Simms said. "It brings it closer together. You can't play to your full athletic potential."

SI.com's Peter King joined the show to discuss the Super Bowl and other NFL topics.

King also talked about why Paul Tagliabue isn't in the Hall of Fame. King said critics are pointing to the labor issues. Some writers think Tags rushed through the 2006 CBA and left the NFL in a tricky spot.

King thinks Tagliabue should get in. He and Rich both talked about Tagliabue's key role in keeping the Saints in New Orleans. King said Tagliabue told New Orleans owner Tom Benson he'd move the team over his dead body.

King also talked about how New Orleans built a champions. King said that he asked Saints GM Mickey Loomis what was the key move that led to this Super Bowl title. King said Loomis said hiring Sean Payton, not Drew Brees. Because without Payton, he wouldn't get Brees.
