Torretta says he's not worried about the offense. But he's not sure that defense is all set. He said you can't give up 35 points to a team like Florida State and try to hold off Oklahoma.</p> <p>-- Torretta said that the Vols showed teams that remain on Florida's schedule that the Gators can be beat. Torretta said that the rest of the SEC should look at that videotape.</p> <p>-- Torretta said that one of the problems slowing down the Gators is that an opponent has only 20 hours to put in a gameplan. Torretta said that Tennessee defensive coordinator could have done more if he had more time.</p> <p>-- Torretta wasn't shocked by USC losing to Washington&nbsp;because the Trojans lost so many players. Torretta said that USC's offense just isn't good enough.
