Snyder said he was disappointed in the way the team was playing. But Bettis said that when you're a player, you don't care. You feel bad the team is losing as well. In other cases, Bettis said he was blamed for the team's problem when it wasn't fair.</p> <p>Bettis said the Raiders have a responsibility to get someone in there to really work with <strong>JaMarcus Russell</strong>. Bettis seems to think that Russell hasn't gotten a fair chance to develop into a real QB.</p> <p>Bettis also shared some stories about the bottom of the pile in the NFL. Bettis said one guy, a former friend, punched him in the stomach.
