Rating the watchability of the three Thanksgiving Day games while trying to get this song stuck in your head. (The rest of Week 12's rankings can be found here.)

SUCCUMB TO THE TRYPTOPHAN WHILE TRYING TO WATCH ...

Indianapolis (8-2) at Atlanta (3-7) 8:15 p.m.

This should be a blowout in Indy's favor, but who knows anymore after the Colts' recent struggles against San Diego and Kansas City. Peyton Manning has to be salivating at the thought of facing the Falcons' all-talk, no-show secondary. And this game should give the banged-up Colts defense a chance to get back on track against an inconsistent Falcons offense, no matter if Byron Leftwich or Joey Harrington is under center.

CONVERSE WITH COUSINS WHILE KEEPING AN EYE ON ...

N.Y. Jets (2-8) at Dallas (9-1) 4:15 p.m.

With their season all but lost, the Jets let it all hang out in upsetting the Steelers last week. Can't imagine Eric Mangini changing that strategy against the heavily-favored Cowboys. Tony Romo's coming-out party was last Thanksgiving, when he threw 5 TD passes against the Bucs. Romo, though, could be under intense pressure -- the Jets sacked Ben Roethlisberger seven times last week.

PLAN YOUR DINNER AROUND ...

Green Bay (9-1) at Detroit (6-4) 12:30 p.m.

Two losing streaks the Lions would like to halt here: a current two-game slide and three straight losses on Turkey Day. The good news for Lions fans? Detroit's last win on Thanksgiving was against the Packers in 2003. The bad news? Brett Favre and the red-hot Packers offense have scored 30 or more points for three straight weeks. And defense isn't Detroit's specialty, allowing 354 yards per game, second-worst in the NFC.

Larry B, I think I speak for everybody who will be in the room with you when I say "Thank you."

November 21, 2007  02:55 PM ET

three games on padded carpets! two of them in air-conditioned rooms! what garbage! Domes suck!!! televised games from domes suck even more! remember REAL thanksgiving football, played in mud and snow and cold? does the NFL have no balls at all?

November 21, 2007  08:30 PM ET

sorry to disagree with you guys. now i will with two but i think the greenbay detriot game will be entertaining.

November 21, 2007  08:31 PM ET

i actually think that the green bay detroit game will be entertaining.

November 21, 2007  09:04 PM ET

It would be nice if the NFL would allow flexing these games a bit ala: change the Jets to go against Atlanta and Indi at the 'boys. Now there's some thanksgiving football

November 21, 2007  10:24 PM ET

Packers and Detroit will be the best game of the week and the whole country gets to watch it

November 21, 2007  11:13 PM ET

why the nfl saw the jets at dallas game entertaining at all is messed up. we should be watching green bay at dallas, which will end up being the prelude to the NFC championship anyways.

Is this a joke article?

Indy vs Altlanta as #1? AFC #2 vs NFC #Out-of-the-playoffs. Any interest in this game anyone?

NYJ vs Dallas as #2? Another game of a top team against a last place team. Is this even remotely interesting.

Packers vs Detroit as #3? A divisional game that could have playoff implications? #1 vs #2 divisional game and its less interesting that the other two choices?

"Dominic Bonvissuto is an Atlanta-based producer for SI.com." Hmmm... Dude, pull your head out of your rear and take a look at the games that are being played. Articles like the one you just wrote will get you in the unemployment line. Indy at Atlanta is the game you are going with as the most interesting on a national level??? Really??? Good to see that you seperate your emotional feelings for the Falcons with your journalistic integrity. Still hoping Vick will start against Indy?

November 22, 2007  06:54 AM ET

Do you not know how to read? He said "plan your dinner around" the Packer game. Meaning it's the game to watch. Jeez, try to comprehend something before you insult the writer.

November 22, 2007  09:53 AM ET

football fan 67 you are retarded.

November 22, 2007  10:24 AM ET

football_fan_67:
If you've ever read this blog before, you'd have noticed the games are listed from worst to first, with first being at the bottom. It's quite amusing to read responses from morons such as yourself who clearly don't pay attention to what they're reading and fire off idiotic diatribes based on confusion. Wow, did your mommy help you put your big-boy pants on today?

November 22, 2007  11:26 AM ET

Go Jets... why not be the spoilers here. We beat steelers in front of a steelers home town crowd (at Jets stadium). I felt like a stranger in my own "house".
Is it possible that the Cowpokes will overlook the Jets and Romo will become one with the Turf ala Big Ben.

Or maybe not :) J-E-T-S Section 335

November 22, 2007  12:22 PM ET

Dallas vs. the J-E-T-S is not the greatest rivalry. Green Bay vs. Detroit is watchable. Then you have Indy vs. Atlanta which is on NFL Network meaning no one is going to be able to see it.

Does anybody know the reason for Dallas/Detroit on T-Giving??

November 22, 2007  12:57 PM ET

No there is no rivarly here with the Jets and even as a jets fan, this pick made me wonder. I think the rust belt games were always tradition.. pittsburgh, browns, lions, greenbay. perhaps all outdoor winter like games.

Green Bay and Detroit is the best to watch - Indy and Atlanta, i dont get this one, even if Vick was not in the big-house? Why Atlanta?

I am sure the networks cried when they saw how flat the jets are, and a vickless atlanta. ooops oh well. happy t-day and ... hey go Jets!

November 22, 2007  02:51 PM ET

Dallas and Detroit agreed to take the Thanksgiving day games 40 years ago when no one else wanted them. Now everybody else wants to play on Thanksgiving. Too bad for the other thirty teams...Tex Schram was a genius! Bhahahahahaha

November 22, 2007  02:54 PM ET

I hate the cheap a%# cable companies that won't agree to give us NFL Network without having to go to a more expensive sports package.

November 22, 2007  10:51 PM ET

Roger that. I am a ****. I'll fess up and admit that I thought the games were ranked, best to worst, in order that they appeared in the article. I retract my statements. Yes, my raging was based on my misperception and lack of reading skills. Go ahead and unleash it on me, I deserve it.

Got egg on my face with that one.

Mommy didn't help me put my big boy pants on but I think she should have.

November 23, 2007  12:20 AM ET

are da northen_u and football_fan_67 both dumbasses or what? the greenbay and dallas game is gonna be on next week ne ways ah duh! for u da_northen_u!.... and they also schedule games ahead of time like a year or so ahead a time they had no idea that the jets and falcons would both suck this year so before u ignorant **** start whining maybe u should actually know what ur talking about also bonvissuto had the falcons game as last to watch not first ah duh! to u football_fan_67!

November 23, 2007  01:43 AM ET

kuhl-aidd, I am a **** for misunderstanding that Bonvissuto had the Falcons game as last to watch, not as first to watch. Looks like both northern_u and I fellout of the same tree the other night and hit every dumb-**** branch on the way down.

I'll take my lumps for my bonehead post.
