SI.com's Frank Deford thinks commissioner Bud Selig should act in the best interest of baseball and overrule the call that cost Armando Galarraga his perfect game. But on Thursday afternoon, Major League Baseball announced that the call would stand. Should Selig have overturned Joyce? Let us know what you think.

How could Jim Joyce miss that call? I have to believe he has a bias against Detroit or was paid to make them fail. He should have been fired or suspended when a play not even close doesn't go to the pitcher in a perfect game on the last out. Jim Joyce didn't want to see it happen is what I think. Everyone saw it except Jim Joyce. Of course the call should be overturned. No brainer!
