Bjorn Borg's guide
Looking for love? Björn Borg's latest venture is here to help.
BjornBorg.com

You know you're living in a Web 2.0 world when you can enlist one of history's greatest athletes for love advice with a couple clicks of the mouse.

Five-time Sports Illustrated cover boy Björn Borg has thrown his hat into the online matchmaking ring with the launch of his dating site Love For All.

Love. Everybody's looking for it, but few seem to find it. Our mission is to help.

So purrs the statuesque blonde in headband and excessively short white tennis skirt who guides you through the process. Borg scoffs at eHarmony's overwrought 29 dimensions of compatibility, instead asking users to submit a couple pieces of basic info -- orientation, musical tastes, interests, etc. -- using a Mad Libs-style form. After uploading a photo of yourself, the program selects a compatible mate from its, er, still-growing data base. So hilarious is the subsequent video -- featuring the headshots of you and your mate superimposed on the bodies of real-life people -- we initially thought Love For All was a parody. (It's not. And, yes, points are awarded for the cleverly embedded tennis pun, Björn.)

We've come a long way since 2007, when Gilbert Arenas grabbed headlines with the extemporaneous commentary on his blog.

Some screen shots from our Love For All experience this morning follow after the jump.

I knew he retired prematurely - he's had all this time to contemplate his future and he's come up with this doozy - liked his Wimbledon McEnroe match better than this idea.
