Only imagination and speculation can forsee the impact Owens will have on the Buffalo offense....Without question he has been a prime time performer in the past and most critics still belive he has the ability to be a force in the league...But for Owens to make his mark he has to check his ego in the parking lot before kickoff on Sunday... The wideout can still be flamboyant and in media demand if he picks his spots, but if he allows his personal agenda to become disruptive, it will not only be catostrophic to the Buffalo mission but a dagger to his own career.

Hmmm...Let's think about this NJ. They have two football teams, that don't even claim the state they play in. So basically the best team in town are the NETS and we all know who their drooling over, praying that King James comes to hang out in Brooklyn when the NETS jump town OUT of New Jersey. Please, please tell me where anyone from New Jersey can be proud of anything that got produced there other than bad MTV documentaries about a bunch of freaks who hang out at the shore. I have no idea what you people in that God forsaken state think you are, but judging from the comments, the rest of the country has figured out what us people from Buffalo already know...you're a trash dump for NYC. Have a nice day loser!

This was an interesting move but I can NOT blame Buffalo for doing it...

1 - they only signed him to a 1 year deal and TO always gets along with his new teammates in year 1. Its year 2 and 3 that you need to fear.

2 - Buffalo needed to "matter" and TO will provide that for them on offense.

Will be interesting seeing him play in horrible weather....cant wait for that one.

Also, Trent Edwards isnt exactly the greatest QB ever and that will provide a nice storyline by week 3 or 4.

At least Dallas doesnt have to deal with the drama any longer.

I guess little Danny S. didn't want someone to upstage his massive ego in 'Skin country! (or has the economic meltdown hit even Danny's wallet??) If Romo has another year like last year, he'll be joining TO in Buffalo very soon.

Terrell Owens and Lee Evans give Buffalo a solid 1-2 punch.

AP

The AFC East was the most hotly contested division in football last season. Any one of three teams – the Patriots, Jets and Dolphins – had a chance to win the division on the final weekend. The only team which didn't got better Saturday, at least on paper.

The Bills, who have gone 7-9 each of the last three years and haven't made the playoffs since 1999, signed wide receiver Terrell Owens three days after the Cowboys released him. He makes Buffalo relevant and injects some excitement into a franchise that has used seven starting quarterbacks the last nine years.

The Bills have been too conservative on offense and need another weapon to compete in that division. With T.O. and Lee Evans, Trent Edwards now has two receivers who can stretch the field.

Despite his constant craving for attention, playing in a small market like Buffalo might be the best thing for Owens. He can be the biggest attraction on a team filled mostly with non-descript players. And playing on the East coast will get him national attention, especially when the Bills play the Jets and Patriots. He's probably also looking forward to playing the Dolphins because of Bill Parcells.

Getcha Buffalo wings ready!

</intro>
