Kobe or LeBron? LeBron or Kobe? That's been one of the hottest topics among fans and other NBA observers this season. As SI.com's Steve Aschburner wrote Thursday, the debate doesn't leave much room for compromise, with supporters of one superstar finding it difficult to fully appreciate the greatness of the other.
Where do you fall on the debate spectrum? Do you believe, as SI.com's Chris Mannix wrote Thursday, that Kobe's superior defense gives him the edge? Or does LeBron's still-developing game and explosiveness make him the player you'd most want on your team?
Truth be told, we don't really see a bad choice with either selection, but that doesn't answer the question. So, if you could only have one, whom would you choose and why?
