In my opinion he is the prime example of what a leader and a man of great talent should be. He does not put on any airs or act in any way &quot;high and mighty&quot;; he strives to provide the best lessons for his team both on and off the ice. Furthermore, you can't forget that he is the youngest captain EVER in NHL history to win the Stanley Cup, let alone that he won the Stanley Cup in the first couple of years that he has been in the NHL. He has accomplished so much in such a short amount of time and has come so far in his career, and through it all, he manages to stay REAL and DOWN-TO-EARTH.
