4 He hits a lot of home runs, strikes out a lot, drives in a lot of runs, hits into double plays, walks a ton, is a leader in the clubhouse, doesn't carry "baggage", but will be expensive. With the team the Nats fielded last year...don't complain. If you want to work on fielding a good team in 4 years...go fo it! But as a Pirates fan...be happy your team is being mentioned in this board. Pirates ownership hasn't ponied up money in years. 3262614

3 I think the Nationals should forget about Adam Dunn even though he can hit some monster home runs. He strikes out a lot, hits into double plays, and will cost a lot of money. The money is better spent on player development - the Nationals need to develop talent through their farm system. Think long-range, not just 2009! 3261954
