Let Cameron goooooo, for God sake! The man "can't hit water if he fell out of a boat".....and the Brewers will just have to live without CC and Sheets. The entire pitching staff is in need of a serious overhaul, and I wouldn't be surprised to see the "fat man" [Fielder] hit the road soon also.

DANA POINT, Calif. -- The Yankees and Brewers have discussed a trade that would send center fielder Mike Cameron to New York, but it appears Milwaukee is holding off on any deal involving Cameron until it is absolutely certain it won't be able to retain ace CC Sabathia.

There is a strong perception that the Brewers may see Cameron as a potential lure to keep Sabathia in Milwaukee, as the two are said to be close friends.

The Brewers are considered to have a small chance to keep Sabathia since one or more big-market clubs have the ability to far exceed the Brewers' offer for the pitcher, which is believed to be for $100 million, most likely for five years.

Players don't often make $100 million decisions over teammates, but the Brewers don't want to hurt their slim chance of keeping Sabathia. Ironically, the Yankees are one of the teams expected to outbid the Brewers for Sabathia, so perhaps Cameron and Sabathia both will eventually wind up in the Bronx.

The possibility of Cameron being dealt to the Yankees becomes more likely if the Brewers bow out of the Sabathia sweepstakes.
