<body>don't ever depend on him. The walks are great, but not if you need him to get a hit or drive in a run. He looks to walk instead of drive in a big run. His numbers look great, and he's a solid player, but he's a good roll player and cares more about reaching his numbers than the team. Plus is defense is terrible, the one gold glove he won was a complete sham. He's as bad as burrell in the field.</body>

        <body>yeah, ok...

Last year his Ba w/RISP was .296.
With 2 outs and RISP, he batted .382, and slugged .618...had an OPS of 1.052.
When it was 'late and close', he batted .361 and slugged .578...had an OPS of 1.014.

his defense used to be very good...and he had a good arm, but he's 34, 35 now?</body>

<body>You guys are full of it, this is a guy that has always delivered look at his numbers! selfish maybe but a guy dring in 100 plus runs for the last decade ,bating every year around 300 and taking more walks than everyone else i think it's a good adition for any team, plus he has a great arm at for a right fielder, doesn't take risks, how many guys takes them, i think as long as he can make rutine plays and bats the way he does is he's a good bet.</body>
