Gavin Keefe, TheDay.com:  UConn loved ending Notre Dame's 45 game home win streak at Joyce Center on Saturday.  "This is UConn. This is our gym right now. Leave quietly, please," said Huskies forward Jeff Adrien after the game.

Dallas Morning News:
First year Oklahoma State coach Travis Ford is continuing to learn about the Bedlam rivalry against Oklahoma.  "I know the bitterness in the Louisville-Kentucky rivalry," Ford said. "I'm learning about OSU and OU."

Marlen Garcia, USA Today:
Many are looking to Oklahoma's Blake Griffin as the team's savior, although he does seem to think that way.  "First of all, it's not really true," the 6-10 sophomore forward says. "Second, it puts another expectation on top of you."

Matt Watson, Arkansas Traveler Arkansas seems to be living and especially dying by their three point shots, much to the chagrin of the Razorback faithful.

Ryan Greene, The Las Vegas Sun:  After leaving Kentucky, Derrick Jasper arrived at UNLV with one good leg and a whole year to heal the other one.  Coaches say that this year could be what he needs to be an elite player again -- his mother says Kentucky put him back on the floor before he was fully healed.

Terry Hutchens, Indianapolis Star There seems to be some confusion on why Indiana's Devan Dumes was kept out in their 67-63 loss to Minnesota.  "It was foul issues. He got his third and then his fourth. So we were just going. We were kind of playing momentum at that point. But I didn't look at it like that [that he was out for any other reason]," coach Tom Crean mentioned after the contest.

Scott Gleeson, Daily Vidette Basketball fever is back at Illinois State.  "It's been really fun for me and rewarding," said second-year coach Tim Jankovich, who has gotten 40 wins faster than any other coach in ISU history.

Darren Everson, The Wall Street Journal
As Arizona appears to be a few weeks away from not making the NCAA tournament for the first time in 24 years, Everson remembers some of the great streaks in sports.
