The Reds on Friday began shopping starting pitcher Bronson Arroro but are so far telling teams they don't want to pick up any of the remaining $17 million on his contract through 2010. That's going to be a tough swallow for most. If they are serious about dealing Arroyo, who is 10-9 with a 5.21 ERA, they will likely have to eat some of that money.

Arroyo would fit the Yankees as their No. 5 starter. But even they don't appear to want to pay that kind of money, which counts a $2-million buyout for 2011.
