The bad news continues to pile up for the Cowboys, who dealt with the Adam "Pacman" Jones situation last week and lost their second game in three weeks Sunday to the Cardinals. From ESPN.com:

Tony Romo has a broken pinkie on his throwing hand and will be out four weeks, a team source told ESPN's Michael Smith.

Romo initially was diagnosed with a pinkie sprain in Sunday's 30-24 overtime loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

Can you say over rated!

Hahahaha!! The Cowboys season is going to come crashing down around them. Blowmo has a busted pinkie!! What a skirt.

I CAN'T wait to see old man B-Rad Johnson get annihilated out there.

Derek Anderson going to Dallas for 2nd rounder

October 13, 2008  12:01 PM ET

Hold your thoughts guys! this could be a welcome break for the cowboys! Go Dallas!

October 13, 2008  12:01 PM ET

How did the Cowboys lose that game yesterday? The Cardinals were as sloppy as always. Threw away a 10 point lead with two minutes left. And still won. Without Romo for a month they might not be .500 for the year.

Will Herbert from Family Guy hold up? Brooks Bollinger get your popcorn ready.

October 13, 2008  12:04 PM ET

Sign Simms, Culpepper, trade for Beck. Oh wait he won't do any that. Instead Jones will go get a troubled qb and say this is his last chance. Great....

October 13, 2008  12:06 PM ET

There are two major things Dallas need to return to glory - a new head coach and a professional level quarterback. presently, we have neither, and it is showing badly.

Losing to Washington is bad enough, but losing to Arizona is beyond terrible. I mean, who loses to Arizona? A real coach and a real quarterback could remedy such failings, and it would help if a few receivers knew how to catch footballs, if a few linemen would learn how to block and if an entire team would learn the rules and stop making stupid penalty mistakes.

It does not appear that THIS version of our Cowboys is ready for prime time.

What are the odds Jerry Jones got a call from Jeff George this morning??

October 13, 2008  12:08 PM ET

Bring back Quincy, brother!!! The Q needs another chance.

Or maybe give Ryan Leaf a call.

October 13, 2008  12:16 PM ET

Too bad. I was looking forward to watching them miss the playoffs WITH him. Now, Cowboy fans have this excuse. Forget about what happened yesterday. That team is seriously overrated in so many ways.

October 13, 2008  12:16 PM ET

How 'bout dem Cowboys!!!!

On the plus side, at least now you have a Qb playing who has won a playoff game.

October 13, 2008  12:17 PM ET

well TO wanted move touches maybe he can try QB also... then he'll get the ball every play.....BFD it's only the cowboys....lmfao

Brad Johnson will suprise all of you people...

Plus Dallas has a bye week in there too and a Ram team that sucks.

Dallas will go 2-2 in his abscence and be sitting at 6-4 when he comes back.

With their brutal schedule, Dallas was going 11-5 anyway this season.

Keep hating on them though....the Cards are not exactally pushovers and Dallas did everything they could to give it to them.

A kickoff for a Td, plus a punt for a Td and what - 3 turnovers? And still lost in OT.

Dallas will be fine.

over rated???give me a break. Nobody knew who he was 3 years ago. Very few guys in this league with his ability and humility. BTW: for all you non/pseudo-athletes out there- your pinky is key when gripping the ball. Dweebs
