Military honor guards and fly overs aren't politics stupid. Extolling your support of a politician IS because it speaks to the political party you support. Military jets flying overhead, a Marine honor guard or a military flag ceremony don't speak to any political party only to pride and respect for your country. Duh.

BoyToyTroy... my math is wrong? You're including two outlier years in there. I'm talking about 2002-2007, which excludes his rookie year when he barely saw the field and excludes this year, as it's a partial one in aim for an apples-to-apples comparison... e.g. his last 6 full seasons ("5" was a typo on my part, my mistake), the last 5 consecutive all being Pro Bowl years, so my numbers stand (89 catches, 1340 yards, 8 TDs, 15.2 yds/catch). And who said anything about the HOF? I said he wasn't "overrated" in response to the previous post to which I responded. Thanks

only in america can a man win the presidency with 4 years political experience , get married by a racist preacher who he has known for 20 years and an aunt living here illegally and a good friend who is a retired terrorist education reformer. people want out of this war so badly but if they think the economoy is bad now wait till we pull out of iraq and people start losing their jobs at the war related factories. every man knows that war is the best thing for a recession. we truly werent able to fully recover form the great depression tilll ww2 started. **** obama he is just a pawn for the democratic party. and to close they say an african american wins the white house but isnt he just as much white as he is black.

Chad Ocho Cinco, Getty

Last week, there were rumors floating around that Bengals wide receiver Chad Ocho Cinco had stashed Barack Obama signs in the end zone for use in touchdown celebrations in Cincinnati's Week 8 game against the Texans. Ocho Cinco confirmed said rumors on Tuesday. From DanPatrick.com:

Chad confirmed that he put "Obama '08" banners in both goalposts at Houston on Oct. 26. He said he was very close to getting two touchdowns that game but came up just short in a blowout loss.

Chad did write Obama on a chalk board on the sidelines last Sunday in Cincy's win over Jacksonville, but CBS didn't air it, so the NFL likely won't fine him. Dan saw it on NBC and considered putting it in the highlights, but was told to leave it alone.

• Ocho Cinco admits he stashed Obama banners (DanPatrick.com)
