Nine of the top 16 vote-getters play for the Red Sox or the Yankees including Boston's Curt Schilling (9th, 3%) and Daisuke Matsuzaka (15th, 1.6%), and New York's Johnny Damon (11th, 2.2%), Carl Pavano (14th, 1.7%) and Jason Giambi (16th, 1.5%).
