<body>Are you kidding me?!? Rick Aldeman gets that low of a percentage?? He has taken a team that was all defensive under Van Gundy and turned them into a team like Memphis (college) and look at where they are at now....they have better cohesion, teamwork, and winnings with this relaxed system brought in by Aldeman. Give credit where credit is due!! GO ROCKETS, and for all the Phil Jackson fans, no offense but the past is great but the future belongs in Houston!</body>

<body>Your telling me that Rick Aldeman gets that low of vote!!! Are you kidding, he took a team that was 7th or 8th best in the conference under defensive Van Gundy, and made them into a Memphis (college) style team and look at the cohesion of that team as well, give credit where credit is due.....the ROCKETS!!</body>

<body>Greg Popovich should have been at the top of the list. Phil Jackson hasn't had a team good enough to win a championship since the Kobe/Shaq break-up. Although the Laker's have the best team they've had in a long time, they're not good enough to make it past the Spurs in a 7 game series.</body>

<body>People who criticize Phil by saying that he did it with supreme talent in deference to Auerbach seem to ignore the fact that Auerbach had the most dominant player of his day, Bill Russell. Digest this: at USF, Bill Russell's teams won 55 straight games and won 2 NCAA championships. After Russell I don't believe USF has won another tourney game, let alone a title.

Oh, there were also guys by the names of Bob Cousey, John Havlecek and some other guys I haven't heard of, but are HOFers on those teams. Also, Russell got injured in game 3 of the '59 finals which the Celtics went on to lose in 6 after splitting the first two to the Hawks.</body>

<body>I think some of you are confusing good coaching with I am so lucky that I have two fantastic players on my team. Maybe I'll meditate a while and let them win another title for me. Phil's greatest coaching skill...not getting in the way of the talent that is the real reason he has those rings.</body>
