How do you assign value to NFL players and then rank the best from 1 to 500? That was the big idea this summer of SI's Peter King, who nearly came to regret it. And that's even after he was talked out of ranking every player in the league, from 1 through 1,696.

Perhaps the best advice Peter received came from Kansas City vice president Bill Kuharich, who said, "it's your list. The great thing about it is, it's not wrong." That said, SI.com would like to know what tweaks you would make to Peter's list? Also, if you were ranking the top 10 players in the league, how would your list look if the criteria were importance of the position (Peter had quarterback, left tackle, pass rusher and cornerback at the top, but left room for the explosive player), talent level and age?
