<body>I realize this is just an opinion pole but how could they have left out Mark Price. One of only four players in history to shoot over 50% from the field, 40% from the 3 pt. line, and 90% from the free throw line in one season. A member of dream team two, four time all star and two time three point shoot-out champion. Oh yah did I mention he's the ALL TIME leader in free throw percentage.

<body>Ray Allen is my vote for 1A and for 1B I have to take Larry Legend. But what I want to know is how did Kapono come in a tie with Bird according to NBA players??? And no disrespect to Miller but his stroke wasn't sweet enough for me to even consider him. That's not taking anything away from the fact that he could knock em down with the best of em!</body>

<body>Jerry West of the Lakers of the 60's and 70's. The NBA logo is modeled after him! If he ever played with a 3 point line it would have been criminal how many points he would have scored. And yes, he was the best pure shooter I ever saw, Hands down.</body>

<body>I'm old school. Even though Ray Allen has a beautiful touch, especially the catch and shoot off the pick, the purest shooters I ever saw were Sam Jones and Jo Jo White of the Celtics. Sam was the last of the great bank shot shooters. Anyone out there ever see them?</body>
