Hello, Fresno State, North Carolina, TCU and Utah. Goodbye,  Arizona State, Cal, UCLA and Tennessee.

In his latest Power Rankings, SI.com's Stewart Mandel added Fresno State to the Top 25, even though the Bulldogs lost last week. He dropped Tennessee, even though the Volunteers won. And for the first time ever, he has three ranked teams from the Mountain West (BYU, Utah and TCU), more than either the Pac-10 (two) or Big East (one).

Any arguments?
