SI.com's Michael Farber writes that while the NHL draft lottery has addressed the issue of teams tanking in order to secure a potential franchise player, it doesn't go far enough. He proposes tossing the 14 non-playoff teams into a hat and giving them all an equal shot at the top pick. What do you think? Is that fair? Are tougher anti-tanking measures needed?
