Guzman went 3-for-5 with three RBIs and two runs scored in the Nationals' 9-7 win over Philadelphia on Wednesday.
It was the eighth straight multihit game for Guzman, who's 21-for-39 (.538) with one home run, 10 RBIs and eight runs scored in that stretch. The last-place Nationals have won each of those eight games.
