Bard went 2-for-4 with three RBIs in the Padres' 6-4 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers on Wednesday.
Bard had gone 2-for-14 (.143) with one RBI in his first six games back from the disabled list before breaking out Wednesday. He's batting .211 in 51 games during his injury-plagued 2008 season.
