We agree on offense except for the order. You need an offensive lineman to get a runningback started. Did you see the game against the Titans? The Titans absolutely dominated the line of scrimmage in the first half and LT did absolutely nothing. He had less than 50 yards all game because the Titan's defensive line did very well.

Haynesworth absolutely dominates the line of scrimmage when healthy and he is a game changing player. Did you see how the Titan's defense played without him? Terrible, that's how.

Merriman is a good pick, but the NFL is quickly becoming dominated by the passing game. Therefore you need to load up your secondary. I don't know how you can leave off Champ Bailey, the best cornerback in the league. He will dominate in the secondary.

Bob Sanders is 3 years younger than Reed. Sanders is an unbelievable run stopper and he can cover as well. He is a do-everything guy for the Colts and the main reason why that defense has been successful. He is very fast, like Reed, and he is an incredible tackler.

Man, I wanted this one!

January 6, 2008  09:20 PM ET

Crap, I already know my mistake.

January 6, 2008  09:34 PM ET

you need a linebacker....

January 6, 2008  09:34 PM ET

I gotta give it to 'Ey...

January 6, 2008  09:35 PM ET

Hutchinson's a OG

January 6, 2008  09:37 PM ET

No Joe Thomas? No Adrian Peterson?

January 6, 2008  09:41 PM ET

Joe Thomas
Steve Hutchinson
AP

That would have a solid left side of the line that would be beast.

Albert Haynesworth
Patrick Willis
Bob Sanders

Stop the run, but my defense would be vulnerable to the pass.

Vote to 'Eye because I'm pretty sure the other guy just copied the offensive players to minimize the debate.

My problem is selecting a guard over a tackle. OT has a much higher value, can't remember seeing a guard taken as a top 10 draft pick (I'm sure there have been some though). I think Jason Peter would have been a better choice.

LOUD NOISES!!!!!

Ey, you should know what movie that's from

January 6, 2008  09:51 PM ET

Why would you take this and AGREE on offense?

ALL RBs are system. All players depend on others to do well except O line.

Give me

1. Manning Peyton
2. Steve Hutchinson
3. Joe thomas

January 6, 2008  10:04 PM ET

Sorry, Shake_N_Bake, I always mess that up.

Terpsfan, The only problem is that you don;t have a quarterback and you need to stop the pass because more teams are becoming pass first. And of course I know what movie that's from! Anchorman!

Stovepipe, yes tackles are mostly known as more valuable, but Hutchinson might jsut be the best lineman in the league.

That's true ef, but there are runningbacks that are more skilled than the others. LT is the best in the league.

January 6, 2008  10:14 PM ET

I'll have to finish this tomorrow.

January 6, 2008  10:17 PM ET

demarcus ware is better than shawne merriman. he is a better pass rusher. he is a better run stopper. he is better in pass coverage. Ware had more tackles , more sacks, more forced fumbles. This merriman love makes me want to throw up all over his cheating lights out dance.

January 6, 2008  10:18 PM ET

I would take Brady, Manning and LDT on O

trade them for MASSIVE picks- I mean if Donovan gets 2 day one picks I should be able to really get a TON for Brady right?

D I take Bailey, Bob Sanders and Peppers.

January 7, 2008  07:49 AM ET

he killed a man with a trident....cool...ya um i been meaning to talk to you about that...maybe you should get a safe house and lay low for a while...haha good movie.

um as far as brady, if you gave me a choice peyton or brady...it would be brady. he seems more experienced. he holds better under pressure

January 7, 2008  10:13 AM ET

on defense i take hainsworth, osi umenoria, and bob sanders because with a good DL you can get by with average DB's as long as they have some speed.

Hey, If you want to build the passing defense, what about Cromartie

Offense:
Brady
Thomas
Peterson

Defense:
Willis
Haynesworth
Cromartie
