Must have at least 1 player from each team!! and the roster's are of now!! not last year. (Ex: Delmon Young is on the Twins)

C- Joe Mauer (Twins)
1st- Justin Morneau (Twins)
2nd- Placido Polanco (Tigers)
3rd- Joe Crede (White Soxs)
SS- Carlos Guillen (Tigers)
RF- Magglio Ordoniez (Tigers)
CF- Grady Sizemore (Indians)
LF- Delmon Young (Twins)
DH- Travis Hafner (Indians)
SP- Johan Santana (Twins)
SP- C.C. Sabathia (Indians)
SP- Dontrelle Willis (Tigers)
SP- Zach Greinke (Royals)
CP- Joe Nathan (Twins)

Good Luck!

C- Joe Mauer (Twins)
1st- Justin Morneau (Twins)
2nd- Placido Polanco (Tigers)
3rd- Miguel Cabrera (Tigers)**
SS-Carlos Guillen (Tigers)
RF- Magglio Ordonez (Tigers)
CF- Grady Sizemore (Indians)
LF- Delmon Young (Twins)
DH- Jim Thome (White Sox) (I needed a White Sock)**
SP- Johan Santana (Twins)
SP- C. C. Sabathia (Indians)
SP- Fausto Carmona (Indians)**
SP- Gil Meche (Royals)**
CP- Joe Nathan (Twins)

Lets see, the differences are

3B- This one isn't even close. Cabrera by the biggest blowout ever. Crede is getting pretty old and last year he batted .216 with only 4 homeruns and 22 RBIs. Cabrera batted .320 with 34 homeruns and 119 RBIs.

DH- Thome batted .275 with 35 homeruns and 96 RBIs. Hafner batted .266 with 24 homeruns and 100 RBIs. It is close, but Thome wins.

SP- Carmona is MUCH better than Willis. Willis is the FOURTH pitcher in the Tigers rotation. He had a 5.17 ERA and was 10-15. 146 Ks. Carmona led the AL in ERA with 3.06. He was 19-8 with 137 Ks.

SP- Meche to Greinke- Meche was 9-13 with a 3.67 ERA and 156 Ks while Greinke was 7-7 with a 3.69 ERA and 106 Ks. Plus, Meche is the Royals #1 pitcher while Greinke is their 3rd behind Bannister.

Ok first ill do Greinke v. Meche and ill even use the stats u provided me

Meche is 9-13 (he lost 4 more games then he won)
Greinke is 7-7 (he is even in wins and losses)
winner: Greinke

Meche has 3.67 era
Greinke has 3.69
winner: Meche but only by 0.03!!!

Meche has 156ks in more games the Greinke
Greinke has 106ks in less games....
Winner: Meche

ill take the better win % over a 0.03 better era and more Ks and just because he is 3rd in the rotation doesnt mean anything about that he is way worse than the people ahead of him.....its just where the coach thinks they'll do the best.... more to come in next arguement

Let me just say this, even IF Greinke was better than Meche which he isn't, I would still beat you 3-1.

Here is why your argument is flawed. Don't you want someone who has played in more games for durability?

You are basing your argument off of W/L. That is the dumbest thing to do. If a pitcher goes out throws a one hitter and that one hit is a homerun and he loses the game 1-0 and another pitcher goes out and gives up 12 earned runs in 5 innings and won the game 21-12 who was the better pitcher? Just because one pitcher got more run support from his team does not mean that he was the better pitcher. Some pitchers are just unlucky and some are naturally lucky. You can't really fault them for how many runs the team produces for him. Plus what if you come out of the game and you leave with the lead and then the bullpen blows it and your win? Is that the pitchers fault? No. Should he be discreddited by it? No. W/L is simply an over rated stat and an unfair stat to judge pitchers solely off of. Meche is more durable, has a better ERA, and he has a better ability to strike out hitters.

nice arguement....i have nothin left to say so im going to forfeit
